“Let’s make it happen!” That was Phyllis Calianese’s mantra when she negotiated the sale of our house to difficult buyers and then again when she negotiated the buy of our present Townhouse. Phyllis worked very hard for us “making it happen” with this happy result: the date of our initial listing to the date of our closing on the new purchase was exactly three months. That’s very fast by anybody’s standard. Her singular ability to resolve any and all deadlocks that arose (and there were plenty) bordered on genius. Many times we were ready to jettison the difficult buyers of our house but her “don`t throw the baby out with the bath water” philosophy saved the day.
