Phyllis Showed Sincere Passion to Find Our New First Home

I would highly recommend Phyllis Calianese. My wife and I were very unexperienced in real estate prior to finding our new first home. Phyllis showed a sincere passion for finding us the perfect home for us. Her knowledge of the county, schools, price points, and towns in general was second to none. I always felt that she would have a detailed point of view on any question we ever posed. She always looked out for our best interest and would come with us to any house we were interested in. If she found anything concerning (I.e. water table in certain areas) she was very upfront on her past experiences. This all proved to be invaluable and at the end of our journey, we found the perfect home. She came with great recommendations on inspectors and brokers which also was an incredible asset to us through closing and negotiation. Phyllis was the perfect mix of business professional and compassionate partner through this process. My wife and I have already recommended her to multiple friends also looking for new homes. Should the day ever come that I look for another home, we wouldn’t hesitate on contacting her to represent us.
