Phyllis is easily a 5-star Realtor! She recently represented us in the sale of our home when we were unsuccessful in selling on our own. It is SO important to work with an agent who can assist a seller or homebuyer in navigating the (sometimes confusing and challenging) process. Phyllis was always reachable and responsive, incredibly professional, and such a pleasure to work with on top of it all! She is the complete package and has an arsenal of contacts and connections in the area, which are so key in the process (I.e. attorneys, inspectors, engineers, contractors, etc), and those connections only come about from a professional who knows how to manage her business, like she does. She was able to achieve an unbelievable price for our house in an uncertain market and made the process as seamless and smooth as possible. As a homebuyer or seller, I would not call anyone else.
