I would strongly recommend Phyllis as a Real Estate professional. We have known Phyllis for over 6 years and during this time, she has helped us rent our townhouse to 4 different tenants. She is a consummate professional who knows the market and area very well and answers all questions thoroughly. She goes above and beyond what anyone would expect from a Real Estate Agent. When our previous tenant was not paying rent on time and giving us a hard time, Phyllis was by our side at every step with her advice and support throughout that situation and when that tenant finally left, she quickly found us a new tenant and also ensured that the issues we had previously were addressed in the new lease.
