Phyllis Can Take an “Oh No” Moment and Turn it Around!

I would give her 10 stars if I could.  What we didn’t realize when doing a real estate transaction is that there are so many things that happen and we need to know the best way to deal with it. We recently worked with Phyllis to sell our home and then buy one. She took what could be a very stressful event and smoothed out all the rough edges, offering sage advice.  
She is expert at knowing the market, how to sell a house in no time flat and does it with integrity and honesty.  She’s on top of any issues that come up – before, during and after they happen. From staging the house, ordering professional pictures, marketing to the right audience, knowing when and how to show the house, dealing with buyers, sellers and even going so far as to tactfully prod all the various players to keep things moving forward.  Many hiccups or major snafus along the way were easy to deal with because of her. She can take an ‘oh-no’ moment and turn it around!
