The kids are grown so we wanted to downsize. We called Phyllis. She helped us every step of the way – deciding to sell, when to sell, price, where do we go after we sell… Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail helped us determine what would work best for us. So we decided to sell. After we picked a date to list, Phyllis spent the day with us organizing the house so it would show the best in photographs and showings (e.g. get the clutter off of the countertops). The house looked incredible and we had over 40 viewings and several offers on the first weekend. Phyllis organized the offers and helped us negotiate the best deal for us. After we went to contract, Phyllis stayed with us all the way through the closing process. Phyllis brings skill, experience and dedication to the job along with a sincere personal touch.
