We began our house hunt over a year ago & met Phyllis at an open house along the way. We had no idea how lucky we were that day. After a good 50 viewings & some lost bids, Phyllis stayed with us through it all not losing an ounce of patience or perseverance. She continued to provide us with positive thoughts. No matter how many homes we walked in & out of, Phyllis never pressured us into buying any of them. As our journey continued, she was a wealth of knowledge. Phyllis had a plethora of information to guide us along the way! As our search came to an end, Phyllis continued keeping our best interest in mind & got us our dream home despite all the other competition & not even being the highest offer. She continues to give us advice & is very helpful in providing us with reputable recommendations. In the end of this long adventure we not only found a home for our family, we also found a good friend in Phyllis.
