I Always Felt That She was so Genuine…

When I arrived at the open house that my family and I now call our home, Phyllis welcomed me so very kindly.  As soon as I walked through the door, I felt like I was home. I knew from that moment that this might be the house where I will raise my children and make beautiful memories for years to come.  Phyllis and I had nice conversation, while she walked me through the house. The house was not only gorgeous, but immaculately clean. I was instantly in love. After saying goodbye, I called my husband immediately.  He had been away for the day, but I knew that I needed him to come back. I walked back into the house to ask Phyllis if she would meet my family back here in the evening after the open house. She kindly said, “Of course!”  After my husband saw the house, we made our offer the next day. Soon after, Phyllis called us with the amazing news. Every time she spoke with us, we could feel the excitement in her voice. I always felt that she was so genuine, in that she really wanted to help us and make our dreams come true.  During the whole process, Phyllis explained things to us, and kept in touch right up to the closing. We closed on our house around forty days after having our offer accepted. It was not only quick, but a smooth process. We are so grateful that we were able to work with Phyllis! She is not only a wonderful person, but an amazing realtor!
